This notice explains the basic data handling for the Teroa beta.
Data we process
Teroa processes account information, course structure, uploaded documents, generated study material, practice activity, and operational metadata needed to provide the service.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate you, process your study material, generate requested learning content, calculate learning signals, operate the beta, and diagnose reliability issues.
AI processing
When you request analysis or generation, relevant extracted lesson text is sent to the configured AI provider. Do not upload sensitive or confidential material.
Storage and access
Uploaded PDFs use private storage. Teroa issues short-lived signed links only after checking resource ownership on the server.
Retention and deletion
Beta data remains until it is deleted through available product controls or by the service operator. Self-service account deletion is not available yet; contact the beta owner for an account deletion request.
Beta operations
Operational logs and optional analytics are designed to avoid lesson content, answers, filenames, credentials, and AI prompts. Provider policies may also apply.
